The Story Behind Our Name

Turning Time Properties was founded by Ausra Bharti and Prem Parkash Bharti, a husband-and-wife team whose journey into real estate began far from Dubai's skyline — in the classrooms of the education industry, where they spent 45 years shaping young minds before turning their attention to shaping homes.

That career gave them something most real estate companies don't start with: a genuine, deep-rooted understanding of trust, patience, and long-term commitment. They didn't enter property as investors chasing a trend — they entered it the way they entered every classroom, ready to listen first and guide second.

When they made the move to Dubai, they brought that same philosophy with them. Real estate, to them, was never just about square footage or square deals — it was about understanding a family's next chapter and helping them get there with confidence.
